Who receives your enquiry
Enquiries are directed to a local garden-care provider. Our initial referral arrangement is with a family-connected business, not an independently ranked recommendation.
The form uses an email delivery service. It includes your name, mobile number, email, suburb, job description, preferred timing and the guide page that led you to the form. Your suburb comes from what you enter, not from a page you happened to read.
An enquiry is a request for contact. Your booking is confirmed separately with the provider.
What you can ask about
You can enquire about mowing and edging, recurring maintenance, hedging, pruning, weeding, mulching, garden clean-ups, lawn repairs, turf laying and green-waste removal. The form also lets you describe another job.
These are enquiry categories, not a promise that every job can be accepted. Describe the work and any access restrictions. The provider confirms the scope, equipment needs, price and availability with you.
We are initially focusing on Hackett, Ainslie, Downer, Watson and Dickson, with wider Inner North enquiries welcome. If you are elsewhere in Canberra, enter your suburb so the provider can assess the enquiry without assuming coverage or timing.
Hours are not available appointments
Availability depends on the job, location and existing bookings. The provider aims to reply within an hour during business hours, or the next business day if your enquiry arrives after hours, and will confirm a suitable time directly with you.
A timeframe entered in the form is your preference. A job is booked only after you and the provider agree on it. If you have a deadline, include it in the description.
Quotes, payment and future providers
Agree on the work and payment directly with the provider. An enquiry does not oblige you to accept a quote, and Canberra Garden Guide does not take payment for garden work through this form.
As the service grows, we may earn fees from providers for referrals. We will explain who will receive your information before you share it. If the provider cannot take a job, your details will not be passed to another company without your agreement.
Sending a garden enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or permission to send marketing. Read the privacy notice for the information-handling details.
